If you passed the fifth grade, chances are you’ve heard about World War II, and the triumphant Allied Forces storming a then-unnamed beach in Normandy, France to liberate Europe from Nazi control.
The top-secret beach location was code-named “Omaha”, and it was there that the United States led the charge against the Axis powers.
To commemorate this, a group of fifth-generation Chevrolet Camaro enthusiasts from Bayeux, France visited the legendary battlefield back in November, making for an unforgettable experience, and amazing photo opportunity. To see for yourself, visit Camaro5.

Has anyone ever told you this is the best GM fan site?
^Because it is!
I second that description: best GM fan site indeed.
Looks like they still require front plates in France. Such a shame to plate a beautiful Camaro 🙁
