The Cadillac ATS has earned many awards this year, signaling that the brand has a hit on their hands, and yet none of them are perhaps as important as a five-star crash safety rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
Specifically,  the ATS achieved the five-star rating in rollover testing, side-impact testing, frontal-offset crash testing and for overall performance — all-around better marks than the BMW 3 Series. In addition, the ATS offers several active safety features such as the safety alert seat, a lane departure warning system, and a forward collision warning system.

Excellent…another feature in its cap…..same as Verano…..these two cars have the same genes it seems…very good news!
Good for Cadillac! I am so IMPRESSED with their efforts of taking the luxury market seriously with the CTS and ATS. I never thought they would make competitive products again, but here they are DOING it. Too bad the XTS team didn’t get the memo. They need to make an LS460 killer, not a 70-to-dead demographic offering.
It’s sad how Toyota made a monkey out of American luxury brands, CADILLAC used to be the benchmark. I like the way they are clawing back. Too bad Lincoln is DEAD, but that’s the reality.
Lol the xts is simply just a large luxury car w modern features and style, a true competitor to the 7 series and s class is on its way from cadillac the project was green lighted the day all the first drive reviews of the ats were released 🙂 just hang tight caddy has a lot of product coming in the next few years
