A select 180 Cadillac XTS sedans have been recalled in Canada due to a slight malfunction involving the rear headrest mechanism. The issue is that after the rear seat headrests have been folded outward, the mechanism may not lock them in the upright position. As such, it increases the risk of injury in a crash.
So far, no recall has been issued in the United States. Canadians owning an afflicted XTS can schedule an appointment with their dealer, where their headrests can be inspected and replaced if need be.

Please help….I find the front head rest in the 2015 ATS very uncomfortable…..it’s like the head rest is to far forward, even with the rest all the way back. It would be more comfortable if the head rest wasn’t there, so the top of my back – not my head – would rest on the top of the seat…..
