Good news everyone! There will be another limited edition Camaro on sale beginning next year. And for the first time ever, it will be clad in Hot Wheels badge work. Yes, Hot Wheels.
As evident from the photo found the The Detroit Free Press, the car will not replicate the shimmering emerald concept car that was unveiled at last year’s SEMA show. But its gleaming sapphire hue is still much to our liking. The finished product just glows with fun, and it’s an effort that’s been in the works since 2010. Perhaps the most accomplishing feat done by the design team was to come up with a Hot Wheels Camaro that strikes the balance between contemporary and eccentric.
When the Hot Wheels package launches early next year, it will be an additional $6,995 over the V6 or V8 Camaro buyers choose. We wonder if we can get a Hot Wheels Camaro ZL1…

7 grand for an appearance package? you must be joking
Instead of spending seven grand on top of the Camaro 2 SS I rather just suck it up and throw a few more bills and by a ZL1. A true collectors car.
Pricy for the package, but love the look. I’d be happy to drive that thing.
I fully agree with you James
booo! i was hoping they’d do a “Hot Wheels” addition. yet we don’t get the awesome 1LE/ZR1 wheels with polished spokes and Redline inners; nor do we get the gangstalishious 396 hood with the faux velocity stacks?!? come on Chevy, I understand not giving us the paint job, but all the other stuff was parts bin! (well the hood was one off, but i digress)
