In addition to Cadillac customers receiving an Apple iPad when they drive off in a brand-new XTS, they can also score a complimentary tablet when they choose to purchase an ATS as well. But, in order to receive one, ATS buyers have to boss-up and choose Cadillac’s new CUE infotainment system, which is a $1,200 option for the $33,095 sedan.
Think of the iPad as a reward for not being cheap.

I like what Cadillac is doing there being aggressive
It’s a good idea. I’m not sure giving away iPads is great, but the app is fantastic. I’m glad they are being aggressive as @Mike said, and this shows great progress. Maybe make a GM branded tablet (Nexus 7 sort-of), but this is still a great first step.
ATS needs to give more standard equipment first…fogs, rear folding seat, remote start, etc….that would be a far better deal 🙂
standard fog lights seems essential honestly, I mean look at the verano!
I asked salesman if fogs can be installed on ATs….I hope to hear back on that!
Meh! I got an IPAD when I bought my Cruze in January 2011 🙂
Meant to add that it came with my Cruze..from GM…it was that or snowtires…yes I realize I should have taken the tires 🙂
That’s nice! 🙂
Alex, are you buying ATS?
I drove the ATS today….very nice but it is small….has a growl when accelerating. I’m not not sure if is any nicer than the Verano…..it was thunder gray over caramel….3.6. I will drive the 2.5 when it comes in. IT is a handsome car for sure……..very small reat seating area of course.
I did NOT receive an iPad when I purchased my 2013 Cadillac ATS! It also came with the CUE system! What’s up with that?
I know how feel when I bought this iPad I did not get a silver ATS.
