“Ten New Models In The Next Three Years” Bound For Cadillac

Before late spring, Cadillac had just three vehicles: the CTS, SRX and Escalade. Then came the XTS and now the ATS. And according to Cadillac marketing executive Don Butler, there will be another ten Cadillac models following the new compact sport sedan. We’re not sure if Butler is referring to multiple variants of a certain model or all-new models in general, but ten new models in three years is a major undertaking either way. It also shows how much time and money is being put forth to grow the Cadillac brand in such a relatively short amount of time.

Gazing into our crystal ball, here’s a bit of what we can expect from the Wreath and Crest, which consists of a more plausible mix of new models and derivatives, three of which will be revealed next year:

What else will Cadillac bring down the pipeline four or five years from now? We can only imagine what’s in store, and hopefully the “fun, happy times at Cadillac” keep on rolling for the sake of making better luxury cars for everyone to enjoy.

I don’t think they will put time into a Lambda based CUV if they have the intention of switch the Lambdas over to Epsilon for the next reiterations, doesnt make sense to keep an assembly line running for one low volume Caddy CUV

The large Caddy crossover is coming, but it’s going to be on a next generation platform.

  5. On the product report a few months back, there was a Roadster and a “Mystery vehicle”. Are those still possible?
Also, why does it have to be new SRX OR large crossover? BMW is working on an X7, which would be their 5th crossover, 4 being mainstream. I see no problem with the Alpha based being compact, the SRX being mid-size, and a larger, full-size crossover. (I would expect that to be Omega rather than Lambda, because Cadillac is going full-on RWD) After that, maybe 5 years from now, I’d like to see some subcompact Cadillacs.
