Wipe Out! 2014 Cadillac CTS Mule Slides Off Nurburgring Track

It appears that one of the all-new 2014 Cadillac CTS undergoing testing in Germany has gotten in a dash of off-road testing for the day, albeit for only a few yards, and most likely unintentional.

While the wrecked grass suggest aggressive braking, the 2014 CTS prototype appears unscathed, which could mean the incident involved more of a technical issue rather than driver error. But such things are the reasons for these tests. If all goes according to plan, we can expect the all-new CTS next year with an unveiling happening in either Los Angeles in November of this year or Detroit in January 2013.

Curiously, the front fascia on this tester — no. 82 — is a little more aggressive-looking than the one’s we’ve seen on no. 36 and no. 83. What’s different about this one? We’ll have to find out.

Find more photos of the accident on Motor Trend’s website.

  2. I saw the video. No way it’s a V6, honestly I think the new CTS has a V12 in it, it sounded like a ferrari or something hella crazy
