I first found out about this offer in an article written in my local newspaper. I was going to wait until late in the year to buy, but now I think I’m gonna go in and strike a deal this month. I was already sold on buying a Chevy, but this offer makes me move faster to get a deal. Glad to see Chevy doing so well. Take that, Toyota!!
At another discussion forum on this topic, one poster said that if GM’s rental program didn’t work to generate more customers, why would this new initiative? Well, I have to disagree. During the past few years, GM’s products have improved immensely, it has attractive new offerings, and the company has won a number of prestigious awards (including JD Power quality comparisons) as a result. With that in mind, I believe this latest campaign could be a winner for GM. I’m convinced that if you can get people into a Cruze, Equinox, LaCrosse, Verano, or other excellent GM model, they will win new customers.
