Following up the launch campaign for the Cadillac ATS at Patagonia and Morocco is the third ad in the series, which takes place in Monaco. And what better place to drive a car in Monaco than on the Monaco Grand Prix circuit — one of the most precision-demanding and highly-technical circuits in the world?
With its tight corners and severe elevation changes, the Monaco Grand Prix won’t let you get away with making mistakes… and there are more things that can go wrong than right. Fortunately, everything went right for the ATS, which reached a maximum speed of 108 MPH as well as 1.5 longitudinal and 1.35 latitudinal G-Forces. Like so:

Alot to like about this car……………………….the base 4 has the power needed for daily driving and the turbo 4 turns it into a good time. V/6 : Not needed.
Whoew, hold on now… Think your a little off your rocker…
LMFAO! I came to the very same conclusion too…This guy is even crazier than I am!
@Rj I’m planning on getting the 2.0T when and or if I replace my 2SS Camaro, but I wouldn’t say that anything less than the 2.5 is not suited for daily driving.
What you would say and what I would say are two different things. The main reason the Vernao is off my radar. To heavy for the power plant.
Rj — what you would say in this case makes up a very small amount of the market. The word luddite consumer comes to mind.
Verano 2.0 t won’t do it for you, Rj?
Verano has plenty of power for anyone normal
Alex Luft …………..you can stand in line to get what they want you to have. I don’t, wont, and never have been another brick in the wall.
You are a brave, brave man.
Alex, has anyone on this site drive ATS yet?????? Like to know how it goes…
No…………I’m my own man.
I’m liking what I think are the sounds coming from that car. There are some scenes where the engine sounds like a classic British 4 cylinder…like the ones that MGs and Healeys used to come with. Not sure if that’s what it sounds like in real life, but that appeals to me…
There are NO Cadillac dealers in Monaco.
@Jim Not yet 🙂
I’m seeing more and more of these ads on tv….OK and great car but I think the ads are more of a race car theme than for Cadillac……
It’s a Cadillac Performance Sedan. Cadillac needs a performance sedan. Some say it’ll bring younger buyers, that may be true. I think it’ll also bring people that like compact performance sedans.
