It ain’t over yet! We’re talking about Chevy’s new ad campaign for the Volt, of course, with this particular ad starring real Volt owner Eric, from West Nyack, New York.
Every day Eric walks into his office, he gets a question about his new car — which is a nice perk to have. But perhaps more important is the fact he almost never has to go to the gas station and says that anyone who thinks this car isn’t a solid performer hasn’t driven it:
The GM Authority Take
The best part, in our opinion, is the ending: “there’s no other car like this on the road.” Damn right there isn’t! This campaign is really starting to sink in…

Nice!
I don’t even know why people mention how much they fill up the car. It really depends on whenever you take a more than 35 mile round-trip. You could never fill up the Volt in it’s life depending on how far you ever go.
You do have to fill it up or you will run out of gas. Gas is only good for about a year then it starts to get gummy that will mess things up. If you don’t use any gas to drive the car the Volt will burn it up for you because you don’t want last years gas.
Your comment is is why we do have to get rid of gas powered vehicles. We don’t want it to gum up and mess our vehicles. Electricity is clean, safe, and more portable. The Volt is one step toward the elimination of gasoline.
The GM Authority Team has forwarded an e-mail to me that brought to my attention the fact that GM has considered a Volt hybrid/wagon. To view Google “Chevrolet Volt mpv5 concept”
