Chevrolet Cruze WTCC Team Goes 1-2-3 In Budapest

Another race weekend is in the books for the Chevrolet Cruze World Touring Car Championship team, with another mark of success for drivers Yvan Muller, Rob Huff and Alain Menu.

The first race went off without a hitch, and Muller, Huff and Menu went 1-2-3, respectively. The second race however, saw native Hungarian Norbert Michelisz take the checkered flag in his BMW as Menu finished behind with 2nd, Huff 7th and Muller finished a distant 10th place.

The points standings now stand with Muller in first with 180, Menu in second with 157 and Huff in third with 150. The team continues to decimate the field in manufacturer’s points, with 415. A distant second is BMW with 278 then SEAT with 262. The next race will be in Salzburg, Austria on May 20.

  1. is wtcc gonna make rules to slow down those chevs cause this is getting really predictable.
