2006 – 2011 Chevrolet Impala
It is a FWD chassis and the oil pan is shaped for an oil filter to be installed in a vertical position. The 2012 model has the oil filter mounted in a horizontal position.

It’s definitely a W-body. Only W-body that was used in law enforcement that I know of was the Impala. I’m guessing anywhere from 2000-2008
