Cadillac Named J.D. Power Customer Service Champion For Second Consecutive Year

Cadillac has once again been recognized as a J.D. Power and Associates Customer Service Champion for 2012, and honor that went to just 50 out of 800 observed companies. As a result, the brand has won back-to-back Customer Service Championships, as Caddy was also awarded the honor last year. Does this make Cadillac a “people’s champion?” We’ll let you make the call.

In order to qualify for the award, a company/brand must excel within its own industry as well as being a stand out among leading brands in 20 major industries evaluated by J.D. Power. Cadillac was honored thanks to the results J.D. Power observed based on customer feedback, opinions, and perceptions.
