The relationship between General Motors and Italian brake supplier Brembo can be described as extensive. Today alone, you can find Brembo high-performance calipers on cars like the Corvette ZR1 and Z06, Buick Regal GS, Cadillac CTS-V, Chevy Camaro SS and soon-to-be ZL1. Adding to the roster will be both the all-new Cadillac XTS and ATS models, but with a twist, as they will receive the first batch of American-made Brembo brakes out of a plant in Homer, Michigan.
When they hit the market, the ATS and XTS will be fitted with four-piston, two-piece aluminum calipers that are purpose-built not only for the stopping power Brembo has become known for, but for weight savings and drag reduction as well. They will have a black anodized hue on the base XTS and ATS, while the XTS Platinum will feature solid black calipers. Both the Brembo and Cadillac logos will grace the equipment as well.

damn i wonder how expensive that’s gonna cost for replacement….
if u can afford these cars fresh off the lot, it shouldn’t matter VIc
I wonder what the “death-to-foreign-brand” people will have to say about this? Perhaps they will finally decide to buy a Regal GS because though the car itself is built in Canada, the brakes are made in the Good Ol’ US of A.
