This new ATC will complement the first one already standing, which is used for research and development of battery cells and lightweight materials. When finished, it will feature 62 testing facilities and will employ up to 300 workers.
The 65,000 square-meter project is set to finish sometime in the second half in 2012. Not bad considering they broke ground this past summer.
