When the Cadillac Ciel concept was revealed at this year’s Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, it seemingly stopped several billionaires in attendance right in their tracks. The fancy Caddy took a few steps back from the visceral and performance oriented approach of the mighty CTS-V and instead walked into the light of complete refinement and comfort. As Cadillac stated in their press release about it: the Ciel celebrates The Journey (of driving). But the Wreath and Crest doesn’t plan on wooing us just once at Pebble Beach.
According to Britain’s Top Gear, Cadillac will showcase at least another two more concept vehicles at Pebble Beach, each with their own theme. As the Ciel celebrated The Journey, one future concept will be centered around The Drive and the other featuring a theme around The Arrival. And considering Cadillac’s track record of amazing concept cars, these upcoming models are sure to keep that tradition going. Additionally, do these themes suggest an eventual change in the brand’s slogan (again)? Perhaps…

Part of me says that the Ciel shouldn’t be built because the number of buyers would be tiny.
On the other hand, it would do wonders for Cadillac’s image if only the very rich got a chance to own it – the 1% as it is known.
Price it at around $250K to keep us lowly proles out of it and make it worth every damn dime.
