We love the Cadillac CTS-V Wagon. Out of the factory, the car comes stock with a decimating 556 horsepower power figure, and trunk space to match. And room for a small family. But practicality aside, this car is meant for racing, and nobody tunes the CTS-V better for that exact purpose than Hennessey Performance. Case in point: John Hennessey himself just finished a standing mile run with his own V-700 tuned sport wagon.
In just one mile, the “Hammer Wagon” achieved a top speed of 189.7 mph, good enough for a new world record in a standing mile with a CTS-V. For proof, watch the video below.

It’s not even a manual gearbox! take it back lol
To me, it gets a bit scary driving anything with more than 650 hp mated to a stick. At that point, I’d rather let the computers decide what to do. Unless that power was meant (and tested) with that car from the factory.
Yeah I guess so, it’s not like I have ever driven anything that fast lol. I guess this means there automatics have imporoved ?
Depends on who you ask. Although I have to say that I recently drove a 670 (or so) horsepower Camaro and let’s just say that “getting used to the power” is a major understatement.
