SEMA 2011: The Chevy Silverado Realtree Concept Is An HD Hunting Truck

Outdoorsmen and rugged pickup trucks have always gone hand-in-hand, and Chevrolet is catering to that very audience with the Silverado Realtree Concept.
Based on the 2012 Silverado 2500 HD, it features four-wheel drive powering 35-inch off-road tires that look ready to go over anything, and a winch integrated into the bumper, just in case. There’s also an arching bed cover, Realtree AP graphics layered over a Champagne Silver Metallic paint scheme, and forest green bordering around the 18-inch wheels.
The inside is appointed with Dark Cocoa leather seating bordered by camouflage piping and blaze orange stitching, and Realtree AP pattern accents throughout the cabin, though Chevy has held out on currently providing a photo of that. Wonderfully powering this rig is GM’s almighty Duramax V8 diesel with 397 horsepower and 765 pounds-feet of torque. It’s hunting season, folks. Seemingly, the car compliments the GMC Sierra All-Terrain HD Concept that was unveiled at the 2011 Detroit Auto Show earlier this year.
