Chevrolet Camaro SS Pace Car Gets Painted Pink For Breast Cancer Awareness

Chevrolet has partnered with the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer initiative and has taken the initiative to paint a lucky (or unlucky) Camaro SS pace car pink. The unique Camaro will be used in two NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races, the first being Sunday’s race in Atlanta, GA at 7:30 PM, and the second happening in Richmond, VA on September 10.

When the yellow caution flag waves, not only will the Colorful Camaro take to the track, but GM will donate $200 to the American Cancer Society for each lap the car makes. For more details, we invite you to open the press release below.
