Police departments across the United States may find it pleasant to learn that the 2012 Chevrolet Caprice Police Patrol Vehicle has the capability of achieving a highway fuel economy that’s rated at a combined 21 mpg, or 3 mpg better than the 2011 model. How? Because it is now being offered with a 302-horsepower V6 engine, as well as the more potent V8, which churns out 355 horsepower.
Additionally, a pair of knee airbags can be fitted in as an option. Our own Alex Luft is saddened to hear that there won’t be a cauliflower airbag option as well.

Chevrolet should offer them to cab companies as well.
they should of post 329hp LFX into this not the 302
Cops don’t care about refinement and low NVH levels — the main benefit of the LFX (besides power). Give them the LLT!
