2012 Cadillac Escalade Premium Package Offers More Color, Less Chrome

Cadillac is giving their Escalade Premium Collection a sporty refresh for the 2012 model year by replacing some of the SUV’s heavily chromed out looks with more body colored flair when it launches later this year. Also new will be a revised front fascia, embedding a small grille into the lower bumper, like the more expensive Escalade Platinum. There will also be new 22″ polished aluminum wheels, optional LED headlamps, redesigned front fender vents, body-color side moldings and door handles to go along with it. But that’s not all, folks.

While a full photo gallery of the updated Caddy has yet to be released, we can still expect a revised rear fascia consisting of new dual rectangular exhaust tips, a center high-mounted stop lamp, clear-tinted LED tail lamps and a revised Cadillac emblem. The only listed interior updates in the presser are a new rear camera with parking assist guides and a new center console lid.

  1. That means that Escalade won’t see a redesign until at least 2014 MY, what about Tahoe, Suburban, and Yukon will they have face lifts as well?
