And so it was that Andrew and Arielle (from Big Fuel, Chevy’s social media agency) were given the opportunity to come along for the ride with Sonic engineers and designers on a cross-country road test from Denver to San Francisco. The social media duo tweeted all the way through the 1,500-mile journey that involved blizzards, deserts, twisties, and pit stops — some of which may surprise you.
After all was said and done, let’s just say that those “oh shit” handles came in useful — especially in the winding canyon roads. Check the video after the break to see the Sonic, which will land in dealers in a matter of a few weeks, at its prime.
