The 2012 model year Cadillac CTS Coupe and its V-badged brother will receive a modest update in the form of new grilles, several trim package revisions, the standardization of Bluetooth phone connectivity, as well as several color and package combination changes. The adjustments seen on the 2012 Coupes are somewhat different from those made to the 2012 CTS Sedans and Sport Wagons.
Most notably, the 2012 CTS Coupes will see the deletion of the performance, luxury, and navigation packages, the removal of the 6-speed manual transmission from 1SF and 1SH PEGs, as well as the excising of Black Ice Metallic, Evolution Green Metallic, and Tuscan Bronze ChromaFlair hues from the exterior color palette. The deleted pigments will be replaced by new ones, including Black Diamond Tricoat and Opulent Blue Metallic. New features for Caddy’s only coupe include active front head restraints, rain sensing wipers, several interior trim package adjustments, and — of course — the replacement of the 3.6 liter LLT with the upgraded LFX.

Comments
I’m so disappointed in “The Standard of The World” (Cadillac) it doesn’t make any sense… >:(
I like it. It means that all other vehicles will be remeasured against it! Whether Caddy will be able to turn that talk into walking the walk with best in class vehicles is a different story!
I currently have a base 2011 CTS coupe RWD and would like to know if the 2012 base coupe will include fog lamps and leather or suede seat inserts.
Mike — if it’s not on the list above, then it doesn’t have it. 🙁
