Corvette Racing Rebounds
After a disappointing result at Conneticut’s Lime Rock earlier this month, Corvette Racing managed to snatch the win away from BMW, Ferrari and Porsche with a first place finish at Mosport in Ontario, Canada by the abilities of Oliver Gavin and Jan Magnussen in the No. 4 Corvette C6.R. Drivers Olivier Beretta and Tommy Miler took sixth in the No. 3 car after the two-hour, 45-minute race.
In current American Le Mans Points Standings, Gavin and Magnussen are in second place with 57 points, distant from BMW’s Joey Hand and  Dirk Mueller’s 80 first place points. Corvette Racing’s next event is the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Challenge in Lexington, Ohio, on Saturday, August 6, starting at 3:30 p.m. ET.
