Penny auction websites. Chances are you have heard of such sites like Quibids.com or Scoreit.com, where people bid on gift cards or electronic gadgets for seemingly insanely low prices. It’s quite lucretive, but none of them sell cars — that is until fastpennycars.com came into the scene.
The site’s first-ever vehicle on the block was a loaded 2011 Chevrolet Camaro SS, and Jonathan Mason from Frankenmuth, Mich. was the lucky winner. The price he paid for the pony car? $5.28 out the door.
If you’re looking to place an auction, there’s a Ford Mustang on the block on July 16.
