Melbourne 2011: Holden Shows Off Its Version Of The Upcoming Colorado (With Video)

We’ve seen it for the first time at Bangkok in show car form, and seemingly ready for the Dakar Rally at Buenos Aires. Now, the upcoming Colorado mid-sized pickup truck has made its way to Melbourne, albeit with a dash of Australian flair.

Badged as a Holden for the Australian market, the Colorado is expected to launch on the island by 2012 with a 2.8-liter diesel engine under the hood, but expect the flashy appearance to be toned down a bit by its rollout.

America is still waiting impatiently for their new Colorado.

    1. I’d like this to be a Blazer as well… Four doors to start off with; two doors down the line (not sure how big of a market exists there). Competes head-on with the Jeep Grand Cherokee.
