In a recent report from Automotive News, some light was shed on the sales demographics of the Chevrolet Volt. Do you know someone who owns one? See if they fit the following description:
90 percent of all Chevy Volt buyers are male, while a mere 10 percent are female. Among them, 80 percent hold a college degree, and 86 percent of all buyers have traded in a non-GM vehicle in order to attain one. Half of them went on to install a 240-volt charger in their home, and spend two-thirds of their driving time in electric mode. But the outstanding number is how many people are satisfied with their purchase, with 93 percent being “completely” or “very” satisfied.
