Facebook Fridays: A GMC Trans Am

Our fair readers, we present to you Facebook Fridays: a collective of the most outrageous GM-related Facebook comments scattered across the Book of Face. If you have to ask why, then you’re missing the point.

Some might make absolutely no sense, but that’s where we find the beauty in reading these gems. Think of it as the car fanatic’s version of Texts From Last Night. Now, let’s take a look:

Please, tell me and the rest of the world why did the EV1 have to be MURDERED???? I’m (*omitted*), haven’t even had a first car yet and would have loved to own one! WHY?! Should a car company like you… Work their ass off to make 1,117 of them, not say they are profitable on the market! And excuse yourselves to taking them back and killing them! When you guys would NOT lose as much money by selling them even after some money was made from the leases!!!

Come on GM, Bring back Pontiac! or at least make a GMC Trans Am. Buick Trans am sounds good too!! give it some thought

I would rather push a buick then drive a toyota.

Did they just ask for a GMC Trans Am?!

That’s all for this installment of Facebook Fridays. Be sure to check in next Friday for another dose of ill-formed sentences!

  1. I guess they did LOL, Ok I think I know were you are going with this. For a long time GM played both sides of the fence with the Camaro and Trans Am. They used the Fanboys loyalty for a name and the color of the speedometer against them. Lets just say for the sake of argument that they do bring back the Trans Am. The 2012 GMC Trans Am would just be a bad idea and at a cost to GM. 1. It would cost more to distinguish it from the Camaro 2. It cost a lot of money to advertise these days 3. It would take away sales from the Camaro. As much as I would like them to bring a car like this back it does not make any business sense. If people want the Trans Am back so badly they can always get aftermarket parts and change the Camaro into a Trans Am I guess.

  2. Way off topic here but i’ve noticed you can almost guess/assume the generation a person belongs to when you read what they’ve typed and published for all to see. This person must be in their early 20s or late teens. Anyways, if they’re going to produce any car for the GMC name it should be the Sprint! But come on, GMC producing cars? nah.

  3. How about a canyon cyclone. LS3 or LSA 6 speed all wheel drive. And a LSB edition with rear wheel drive. For Long Smokey Burnouts!

  4. Why is the weekly poll updated every few months?
