GM Gets $10M Tax Break For New Warren, MI Information Technology Complex

The Michigan Economic Growth Authority board approved a tax credit valued at $10 million for General Motors to use towards developing a new information and technology center at its Warren Tech Center.

The project is expected to cost $130 million, will add 25 new jobs, and will occupy about 30 acres of land. Chances are this investment can be tracked to part as GM’s $2 billion nationwide investment plan as well.
