Looks like GM HD are alot more capable then they are rated for, mind as well increase your rating GM.
In the load test vidio a 10,000 lb. trailer would not have a tongue wt. of 400 lbs. It would fishtail. It should have a tongue wt. of 10% to 12% of the load and trailer wt.
most people dont know how to load a trailer soo your point is not really needed most people dont get out a scale to make sure there trailer is 10-12% tongue wt. as you say it should be they just put stuff in it and head down the road so like the vid says it REAL WORLD testing.
Brett-If you had a 10,000 load and only had 400 lbs. on the tongue you would find out soon enough pulling it!
