The one in the drivers seat shouldve got a haircut during the time of the Cobalt.
That would be me you’re referring to. Just because you’re balding doesn’t give you the right to hate. I’ll be more than happy to sell you some of my hair for transplant purposes, though.
now it’s definitely a hard choice between the LaCrosse E-assist and the Malibu Eco
Well, the LaCrosse will be more expensive… and as far as we know — Buick will go slighlty upmarket with the eAssist LaCrosse for 2012 by adding more features and making what was optional — standard. Plus, you get an extra 8 inches in the LaCrosse, most of which can be accounted for in the rear leg room.
Auomatic shift levers belong on the steering columb, and so do the up down paddles. I am one of those ungrownup’s that still think fake wood is a customer repellant, reall would belongs on Cadillacs. Chevys and Buicks could use some Engine turned alluminium love, as in 70’s Trans Am’s and the equally sylish Bugatti Verron.
Eh, to each his own. I believe the average age of a Malibu owner is 46 in the States… But since Chevy is GM’s mainstream brand, they need to offer the material trim that appeals to as many buyers as possible – even if that means faux wood or metal-looking plastic!
PS: regarding the auto shifters — this isn’t a sports car, it’s as mainstream of a sedan as you get. So I’m just glad the shift-yourself option is present… Knowing that most of those who buy this car will never drive it with any sort of sporting intentions.
