Kentucky Offers $7.5 Million In Tax Incentives To GM For C7 Corvette Assembly

With the C7 Corvette on the way some time in the future, the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority has put a $7.5 million offer in tax incentives on the table, seemingly to persuade General Motors from assembling the next-gen. all-American sports car somewhere else — though GM PR officials have stressed that the company has no plans to close shop and relocate the ‘Vette’s assembly elsewhere.
