According to sources, the 2012 GMC Terrain is set to feature GM’s fancy new infotainment system that is currently going my the MyLink title — though the name will change soon — in conjunction with the Chevrolet Equinox and Volt.
The infotainment system will initially feature such apps as Pandora internet radio and Stitcher, with hopefully more to be announced. Additionally, the system will feature the latest in Bluetooth technology, a blind spot awareness system, a collision avoidance system and a lane departure warning system. What’s more, expect an cordless, inductive phone charging feature to be thrown in as well.
We expect more models to be announced as vehicles begin to transition to the 2012 model year.
