Over 200 Disenfranchised Dealers Approved To Sue GM Canada

In the northern-most country in North America, a Canadian judged ruled that over two hundred ex-General Motors dealers that were forced to shut down during GM Canada’s 2009 restructuring (not bankruptcy) can file class-action lawsuits against the automaker for $750 million USD in damages.
