From a test that consisted of more than 800 brands in 20 different industries, Cadillac emerged as one of the forty brands nationwide to claim the title of a UFC Heavyweight J.D. Power and Associates 2011 Customer Service Champion.
Considering the caliber of other automotive brands Caddy competes with, this is quite an honor for the brand. So if your looking for something fancier than a Chevy, J.D. Power at least endorses that the Wreath and Crest will do all that it can to see that your needs are met. The Cadillac Shield program isn’t a bad perk, either.

The caliber of “other” automotive brands is on par with that of Cadillac. Dont be fooled into thinking because it does not have a $100,000 sedan that it is not a premium brand.
Well — not so fast. Caddy’s entire lineup is made up of 2 cars — the CTS range and the SRX. The former is old and the latter sucks, quite frankly — even though both are selling relatively well. I’d wager that in four years, sales of the SRX will drop lock a rock. In this segment, it’s important to keep sales (and excitement) steady across the board — I don’t see the SRX doing that this time around.
So you basically have a “luxury” brand made up of two models… how about a full model range that goes toe-to-toe with the REAL caliber of automotive luxury marquees such as BMW, Benz, and Lexus? We know all of that is in the works — but until then, Caddy isn’t a full-fledged luxury brand.
You forgot the Escalade. Plus, the SRX supposedly has some interesting updates headed our way… so hold that thought.
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now armed with this I am marching over to My neighborhood Cadillac service department for the forth time to get the coolant loss isuse on my 05 CTS delt with.
Hey you guys have some J D Power cred now, find the leak and fix it.
I was accualy considering taking it to my Chevrolet guy because he says the hvac system is like total Holden Caprice, Chevrolet Camaro, ecc so it shouldn’t be a problem if it’s now warantee, but I kinda want the Cadillac place to be able to handle this, it’s been over a year now.
I ment NOT warentee, I just have trouble typing and spelling. And no I’m not going to tell who the Cadillac dealer is , because I like them, I just wish they could fix my car.
Let us know how it goes!
