Announced just today, General Motors has issued dividends worth $.594 per share to all current shareholders of Series B mandatory convertible junior preferred stock to all holders on record by May 15th 2011. The dividend will be payed by June 1st 2011 and the total amount of money that will be given out will be $59.4 million.
