  1. I see the irony, yet at the same time it makes perfect sense. The ad is essentially saying “Buy one of our cars and you’ll be here much less often!” which is a very positive thing with fuel prices what they are now.

    Not so humorous though is that in real life my Equinox only gets about 25 mpg on the highway compared to the estimated 32. Considering that’s with just one person, minimal to no cargo, and with Eco mode on I’m not so impressed.
