File this one under foul play: according to a report from Motor Trend, a Florida-based dealership is listing a Chevrolet Volt for $65,590 — nearly $15,000 higher than the Volt’s suggested retail price of $41,000 (before tax breaks). Hopefully nobody falls for such price gouging.
The dealership is most likely not a part of the AutoNation dealership network, which warned that if any dealership pulled such a stunt, they would be cut-off of the network, which is the largest in the United States.

After everything thats happened in the last few years, there are still unscrupulous people that are willing to try to get away with over charging. There doesn’t seam to be a way to punish them, too bad they made it past the cutbacks.
