Rumormill: Chevy Racing Mulling Over Use Of Malibu Name For 2013 NASCAR Season?

While Chevy Racing is remains hush-hush when it comes to just which moniker will grace the front of its NASCAR Sprint Cup race cars for the 2013 season, Tom Jensen of Speed.com is speculating that we could see the Malibu name replacing the Impala for the series, mostly because of the timing of the next-gen. Malibu’s launch and how close it is to the 2013 season, and Chevy doesn’t seem too keen on the idea of using the Camaro name, but we can’t say for sure.
