NAIAS 2011: Chevrolet Volt Wins 2011 North American Car Of The Year

Through a jury of 49 journalists, the Chevrolet Volt ran away with the 2011 North American Car of the Year, once again beating out the Nissan Leaf as well as the Hyundai Sonata.

The Volt is now the proud owner of the 2011 Motor Trend Car of the Year, Green Journal’s 2011 Green Car of they Year, Automobile Magazine’s 2011 Car of the Year and several other awards that reinforce the fact that the car is electrifying and awesome.

  1. I believe chevy deserves a big round of applause. This new volt technology is amazing.

    Very well done as far as I can tell from my own personal test drive.

    I was impressed as were all the judges and many inside the industry…
