Rising General Motors sales brought with them an impressive gain in Chevrolet vehicle deliveries to the U.S. small business sector during the fourth quarter of 2010. Observed were increases that were more than double of what we saw a year ago for October and November as well as an impressive 54 percent sales boost for the month of December. What does this all boil down to? Well, if small businesses have enough cash (or financing) to afford new vehicles, then that may show signs of economic recovery and growth.
