While we still await the arrival of the chic and compact Chevrolet Spark, other countries are seeing it offered in alternative energy forms. For India, consumers will be able to fill their trendy subcompact (though it goes by the name of Beat over there) with liquid propane gas (LPG) where available.
Along with having the choice to not fill vehicle with gasoline, we’re told that there is no power loss while the vehicle runs on LPG. The current engine offerings include 1.0L and 1.2L 4-cylinder engines that produce 67 and 80 horsepower, respectively.
