After Delay, Chevy Cruze RS To Begin Production

After a brief hiccup with undisclosed quality issues, the Chevy Cruze RS is ready for launch.

Though the RS trim level won’t hit the 40 mpg milestone like the Cruze Eco, the aggressive-looking sedan will be the closest thing to a performance oriented model we’re going to see… or at least what has been confirmed for the near future.

While the RS package features unique styling with the addition of foglamps to the front fascia and rocker moldings on the sides, the engine remains unchanged, as it still cradles the very efficient (and very fun) 138 horsepower turbocharged 1.4L ECOTEC four cylinder.
