Topping Out: How Much Is The Chevy Cruze With Every Single Option?

As automotive enthusiasts, we love to play what we like to call the topping out game. In fact, it’s this game that’s the nemesis of many a car junkie on a lazy weekend. So we thought it necessary to do our duty and spec out the recently-launched Chevy Cruze to the top.

The most expensive Cruze (from the factory) comes out to a hefty $26,780 – and this is after a $720 destination charge. For that, we get an automatic Cruze LTZ with the RS appearance package, a compact spare wheel (instead of tire sealant and inflator kit), a power sliding sunroof, the navigation system, and the excellent Pioneer premium audio system. The question now is – who wants to go halfzies?

    1. The U.S.-built Cruze may be more reliable for now… but the one made in Korea may also get better as time goes on. Usually, quality improves with time for newly-built vehicles (like the Cruze). We’ll see. What I want is for the Cruze to get a diesel mill of its own for the U.S. market!
