Spied: Chevy Camaro Z28 Hits Nurburgring

Well looky what we have here! The folks at Camaro5 have posted a video of the beast that is the Chevy Camaro Z28. Right after the break, you’ll be able to see and hear the mighty Mustang-eater at Germany’s Nurburgring, the same track that was lapped by the Cadillac CTS-V in record time. Coincidentally, the Z28 will be powered by the same supercharged 6.2 liter LSA V8 that motivates the CTS-V.

But before you click the play button on that video, here’s a guide of things to look for in the clip to make your experience that much more enjoyable:

  1. As the Camaro pulls out of the gated lot, notice (from left to right) the Chevrolet Captiva, Caddy CTS-V, and another Camaro.
  2. The vehicle guiding the camo’ed Camaro is an Opel Zafira.
  3. Notice a photographer at around the 0:30 mark runs away upon seeing the Camaro. Perhaps he got scared of the great white?!
  4. Once the Camaro hits the track, listen to that glorious whine of the supercharger!
