Awesome Incarnate: Cadillac Celebrates V Day In Shanghai (With Video)

In launching the Cadillac brand in China, General Motors showed off the entire Caddy lineup and put on quite the show at the Shanghai Formula 1 Circuit last May.
Called V Day, the event contained some of the most audacious driving maneuvers we’ve ever seen, with Caddys being driven on two wheels, performing 360-degree spin moves, and even playing the infamous chicken-at-the-wheel game. The affair reached its zenith when world-famous race car driver (and former General Motors uber-engineer) John Heinricy took a CTS-V sedan around the track and set a record for production sedans at the F1 course with a 2:32:80 lap.
