Spied: GM’s Next-Gen Global Small Pickup Spied Once Again, This Time With Better Photos

Those who remember these very first spy photos of GM’s next-generation small pickup or patent drawings from General Motors last month will immediately recognize that this pickup truck is the very same Colorado/Canyon replacement we’ve been keeping track of.

Though this truck is intended for the global market, it’s almost a given that it will not be sold in the US of A or Canada. Moreover, this next-gen truck will share next to nothing with the outgoing Chevy Colorado/GMC Canyon models, will be assembled in Thailand, and – from the looks of the patent drawings – will wear a similar fascia as the Chevrolet Equinox.

All this suspense is killing us (figuratively speaking), since we’re still waiting for any official news about the next-generation small pickup bound for the USA and Canada, which has recently been reassigned to Global Chief Engineer and Vehicle Line Executive Jeff Luke.
