Part of GM’s International division, it sold 10,601 units in April 2010 compared to a measly 4,823 in April 2009, with the Chevrolet Cruze, Spark, and Beat leading the way. In fact, GM India recently ramped up production by adding second shifts at the company’s Halol and Talegaon plants to keep up with increased demand of its products.
