The United Arab Emirates is receiving its first taste of Opel’s new crossovers as the 2017 Opel Mokka X makes the pilgrimage to the country.
Opel has sold 600,000 Opel Mokka’s since the vehicle was introduced in 2014, and the Mokka X looks to build upon the sales success of the outgoing Mokka.
The powertrain combination is unchanged from the old Mokka. The same six-speed automatic transmission is mated to a 1.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, which produces 138 hp and 147 lb-ft of torque.
The 2017 Opel Mokka X is on sale now starting at 71,000 AED, or $19,330 USD.
