Somehow, the driver of this 1998 C5 Corvette walked away from what could have been a much, much worse incident. However, it most certainly left the Corvette totaled.
Ford Authority reports a Ford F-450, owned by the city of Atlanta, Georgia, plowed into the 1998 Corvette and ended up on top of the vehicle. The result was the entire rear end of the car being crushed. Local news affiliate WSB-TV was on the scene with a photo of the wreck.

Atlanta police do not know what caused the driver of the F-450 to crash into the Corvette, unsure if distracted driving or a medical emergency occurred behind the wheel.
Both drivers should simply be grateful no one was seriously injured following this accident.
